Botox treatment for anual fissure

Hi, I have suffered with excurating pain for 5 weeks eventually saw the surgeon who recommended botox... I had the procedure on Thursday for a significant tear ans rectoceil prolapse.. I am still in awful pain and I'm looking for any postive experiences of this procedure all I can see is negative and I'm really struggling with this. The pain is getting me down and I'm getting depressed with this. Want to be back to normal and be a mum, wife, friend and gte bck too work.

    i have yet to hear any positive for botox!

    I had to get Lis, couln't stand the pain of fissure.

    Lis allowed fissure to heal with time.

    Meanwhile, hot bath many times a day.

    Lots of water and keep stool super soft!

    i don't believe botox works and it made things worse for me too. I have had LIS now and have a life again!! I suggest you do the same.

    it is high time doctors stop offering false hopes with bloddy Botox!!!!
