Bottom Lip/ Chin tingles and panic attacks?

Hello, I am new to this. Im hoping to ease my anxiety... hopefully. For a couple weeks now, Ive had on and off tingles on the bottom of my bottom lip and chin (soul patch area). It usually happens when i eat something (anything) or leave my mouth open for a little bit.

I tried reading about it, and a lot of why was said was its anxiety related but that just gives me more anxiety.

The other day i had a huge panic attack about it. I ended up in the hospital (Had terrible chest pains from it) and I was getting more treated for the chest pains than anything. Everytime i brought up the lip tingle or anything with it, it seemed like they didnt think it was a big deal.

Originally I thought i was allergic to a weed vape (Legal here in Canada) so i stopped taking it on sunday, its now thursday. It hasnt gotten much better. First couple days it happened not as much, today it happened more than usual.

Has this happened to anyone? I dont know what to do.

it does sound related to anxiety. its definetly nothing serious. anxiety causes tingling anywhere on the body. i have had it on my face, scalp, arms, legs, buttocks, tip of nose,

if its not anxiety, it can simply be a slightly irritated nerve. no big deal.

    you are ok! ❤
