bottom of testicle lump

its been 5 months since i had this weird discomfort in my right testicle, 2 months after the problem started i went to urologist, i did the ultrasound and he said that he doesnt see anything and that im fine, 3 or 2 weeks ago i noticed a lump on the bottom of my testicle, i think its on the tail of my epididymis, the discomfort is still present and its not here all the time it just occours at random times in a day, the testicle isnt any bigger than the left one and nothing can be noticed on the outside, when i touch the lump i cant tell if its hard or not sometimes it is and sometimes it isnt, it feels like a mass with tiny strings or worms around it i dont know how to describe it corectly, also when i touch it it causes a little bit of pain, so my question is COULD THIS BE TESTICULAR CANCER  YES / NO ? PLEASE ANSWER BECAUSE IM LOSING MY MIND OVER IT

doubt it would hurt if it were caner and you had an ultasound so i would rule that out it could be epidytimitis, a spermatocele or any other benign testicular problems lots of them can cause discomfort but arent serious issues.

if i had cancer 2 months after it started, would it be visible on ultrasound ? also does cancer form only on the testicle itself ?

Honestly I wouldn't be qualified to say that I'm just going on what I have read online as i went through something similar.
