Bowel cancer symptoms?! Bowel cancer family History.

Hello everyone.

I am a 33 year old woman with constant bowel movements. Sometimes I get constipated and when I go, I often feel as if I haven't completed my bowel movements.

I do get blood on my stool or on the toilet paper but propably it might be occasional haemorrhoids.

Although I have a family History of Colon cancer.

My Great Auntie has stage 3 colon cancer and her Doctor confirmed that her cancer is genetic, my Great Grandmother had it as well and that's on my Mum's family.

My Dad had some precancerous small polyps on my bowel removed.

Any suggestion would be accepted.
