Bowel issue that's been going on for years. Any ideas?

Ever since high school, my guts have had issues. I had lactose intolerance on and off, and I am unsure if it still affects me or not. I remember around that time, I took antibiotics for acne and at one point I actually caught a bug that caused me to have diarrhea immediately after every time I ate. I stopped taking the antibiotics and went back to "normal" after a couple of weeks. It was around this time that I started to notice that I would have loose stools every day.
I'm a 22 year old white female and every morning I wake up and soon feel gassy and crampy and a sense of urgency. It takes me between 15-30 minutes to go and the stools are usually loose. They aren't exactly watery, more shredded looking. After that, I will feel like I still have to go and will usually have the same thing 2 more times. The stools vary in color but are never red, white, or black. Also, if I try to ignore the feeling of needing to go again, I get really bad diarrhea after a couple of hours that is extremely urgent and honestly quite smelly. Finally, it also seems like I have pretty weak guts in general as if I eat the same amount of junk food as others I know, they will be fine but I often have diarrhea soon after. I'm not sure if it could be IBS as my emotions don't often affect my bowels. I've tried to see if it could be lactose intolerance, but there was a time when I didn't eat anything dairy and I still had the same symptoms. I also tried not eating wheat products for a few days and no change. I have tried increasing my fiber and probiotic intake, but the changes were very minimal. I would say I eat mostly healthy foods every day as well.
