Some other times I feel like moving but nothing there Then It comes and stops at anas And it feels like trying to give birth to a cricket ball " I put on rubber gloves and help it out by pulling bit's off so it can come out naturally and that normally makes my anus bleed AS I said I drink 3 liter's of water per day and eat fiber plus fruit I can't walk far as for a 4 hip operations on the left side now have tendon in groin stopping me walking let alone trying to run that's a no know So they say a man isn't in drive until he has a poo, Now I'd like to be that man get regularly .Anybody got any idea's

David, my neighbor had the same problem.  What he did was go to the health food store and buy psyllium husk. He had to see how much to take by trial and error.  I think he said what worked for him, was three teaspoons of psyllium husk every morning, once a day.  He is now pooping on a regular basis.  He said if he stops the psyllium husk, even for one day, he becomes constipated.  Good luck!
