Bowel movement and pee

hi, ladies
I am 51 years old menopause hit me and 2016. I don't what stage I am l am having problems with my bowel sometimes they move and sometimes they don't. I find myself pee alot like it's pressure down there have any of you ladies experience this going through menopause. I can't remember but someone told me perimenopause can start in your 50s I am not sure how true that is, but how true this is can you ladies help me please.

perimenopause can start in your late 30s im 46 hit me 12 months ago like a train! menopause is when you havent had a period in over 12 months. i get very loose bowel movements for days then can struggle to go for maybe a day, also have that horrid bladder pressure it sucks

hi sweet, yes im defo peeing more & with more urgency too. sometimes have to go in the night too which ive never had to do, look up vaginal atrophy which can cause this pressure, you can get pessaries to help x
