Bowel movements

hi, ladies

I am 51 year old I start going through perimenopause at 39. I believe another symptoms came on my left side keep bubbling and it feel like I am always going to the restroom. Does any of you ladies get this symptoms. I can't see at night, my left arm hurt off and on. what can we do this is to much when are we going to feel like our self again . I be getting Stiff and sore, like now my side is sore my hair thin in the middle have any of you ladies going through any of these symptoms . What about the tiredness all the time.

    i have the same feeling with my left arm and left breast. 52 now but started at 48.

    sometimes the pain goes away for 3 weeks then it comes back, closer to went im getting my period.

    you are not alone.

    my bowel movements have been all over the place since june last year! usually wake up having to rush to loo very loose & sometimes orange colour sorry! then other days almost normal, i wake everyday stiff & sore at the moment my back is really sore all day long for weeks & i think all the anxiety adds to the constant exhaustion x
