What is your usual BP reading?

I suggest that you go and see your GP and ask the question

So every time you hurt yourself you take your BP? If that's your normal BP it's low anyway so you need to find out why

Sounds like your body automatically goes into a sort of "safety shutdown" when you get hurt or feel pain.

A lot of people can faint with pain or the sight of blood etc,as their BP suddenly lowers, but as you already have a low BP it happens more often You need to get a doctors advice about how to get your BP a little higher. You could try drinking more every day, and see if that helps.
