BPH: Conflicting Cystoscopies

Had cystoscopy Jan 2022. Urologist said my prostate was "small but obstructive." Recommended Urolift, which I rejected as I considered other options. Had another cystoscopy Apr 2023. Same urologist now says my prostate is "nonobstructive" and is now talking about my bladder. How is it possible for my prostate to be obstructive one year and nonobstructive the next year in the absence of any prostate infection or any medication that would shrink the prostate?

Do you have a good history with this Doctor? (do you respect his opinion?)
Did you have any life style changes since '02?
Did you engage in any activities that might have affected your prostate, prior to the cystoscopy?
(bike riding, sex, etc?) that could have altered things?
Has has your PSA or urine flow changed?
Have you considered another urologist?

I have mixed feelings about this urologist. Can't really say I trust him; his recommendations might be profit driven.
Life style changes since 2022: exercising more, making dietary changes (reducing saturated fat intake and avoiding acidic foods/drinks), and losing weight.
No relevant activities prior to cystoscopy.
PSA stable, below 0.5.
Am looking for a new urologist.

I had one guy say your obstructed but then say i had mild BPH. poorly done.
another uro who did a cysto 3 months later said obstructive, have ball valve into the bladder and need surgery. done comfortably and with time to look at the bladder walls and take pictures.
did the surgery, probably the first guy was right but eventually i would've needed surgery,
it's all a bit suspect to be honest.
