BPH, prostate cancer and Keto diet
Posted , 6 users are following.
Are you on a keto diet? If yes, did you find any significant improvements in your BPH symptoms? Theoretically, low carbohydrate consumption reduces inflammation and BPH is somewhat a result of prostate inflammation. Also theoretically, low carbohydrate consumption starves the cancer cells. Therefore one should expect some improvements.

Motto, google it. There's information out there on a few studies. My cyber friend said when his doc did DRE he could bare feel his prostate. I don't know the man personally but he has no reason to lie. It was just something he mentioned in passing

I assume Keto takes time for the inflammation to go away. I take Tumeric (actually curcumin) for inflammation. I think it helps
