BPH & sexual dysfunctions

hey folks,

45 now - diagnosed 2 years with moderate prostate enlargement. Psa levels were fine but i wasnt completely voiding (over 100 ml left in there). I've had bouts of Pre-E and ED over the past few years. Pre-E started at around 38 (around the time i got a vasectomy), ED more prevalent over last 2 years. Back taking tamsulosin now again - have took it in 1 3 month period soon after diagnosis. Its kinda worsened on me recently and its always more prevalent at night.

anyway my questions?

Do others have Pre-E and or ED with BPH?

Am i too young for surgery?

Any thoughts in general?

Everyone is different Are you otherwise heathy? Lots of things can impact ED What does your urologist say about the ED? I experience it but it got a lot better after Aquablation I do take generic Cialis but but as much post procedure Works like a charm Its more your symptoms, the issues being caused by BPH, risk to your bladder from prolonged obstruction and other factors that will determine when its time to get a procedure Best thing to do is your homework and visit a few Drs for their opinions Good luck

yes i'd consider myself in quite good health in general.

I was prescribed low dose cialis too - it does help with ED but not pre-e. I find the problem of not completely feeling voided as a challenge. It makes it difficult to relax for intimacy. I'm now trying to stop coffee completely - i dont think it helps me.

I get it, feeling like you have to pee all

the time can impact what happens in the bedroom. Coffee is something I gave up too Lots of other foods can trigger your bladder
