BPPV or not? Sleeping has become so scary due to aggressive dizziness!

im female, 21. i have a history of migraines, high cholesterol, low VD3, and anxiety. around Dec 5 i experienced what i believe is BPPV for about 2 months, i just woke up one morning with a dizziness from turning on my right side. it started spreading to my left side as i would get dizzy there sometimes too i learned to ignore it until it went away but its back now! and i think more aggressive than last time its affecting me worse when im laying/ turn on my right side or when i lay down flat, the left side will get some dizziness but not as severe as the other side its very aggressive spinning it kind of makes me sick. i tried to the epley maneuver on myself twice and it didnt work. during the day i can turn my head sideways and up and down with no problem but if i bend down or something the dizziness will start again. i dont know what to do its triggering my anxiety and making me feel very scared that i cant sleep at night i already cried over how bad it makes me feel and how i cant do anything to stop it. also it is very aggressive that if i turn over when sleeping it will wake me up! do you think its bppv or should i get checked at the doctors (btw the only reason i havent gone is cus i have no insurance or else i wouldve been there since day one trust me) please help me ):

To me, yes it does sound like bppv. I know how nasty it can be.
I would never do those maneuvers myself. You do not know which canal the crystals have moved from. There are certain maneuvers for certain maneuvers.
I really do suggest you somehow see a PT that specializes i this. They doe the correct testing to find which canal is affective and will do the appropiate maneuver.
these specialist have eye goggles and test your eyes to see when you are dizzy which direction your eyes shake.
Also, something else that I picked up on is that you mentioned you have low vit d.
Back in dec 2019, my vit d was very low. I started taking 2000 mg. of D3. Since I started taking it, I have not had a single episode since. I used to have episodes seasonally, which I thought was kinda weird.
Look up on line the connection with low vit D and BPPV

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UR REPLY! today i woke up with it less worse than these past two days i am for sure going to take Vitamin D3 as i seen it is very common to experience BPPV when you have a low VD3!
