Bradycardia?

Been having some quite serious symptoms:- an irregular heartbeat that can go from bout
Mid 70s in pulse rate to under 60, with %SpO2 going down to 95, lighheadedness,
Feeling I might lose consciousness, a tight grip under my left breast, constantly,
With occasional Sharp stingers, sense of confusion, difficulty concentrating,
Short term memory lost, generally feeling quite unwell, some shortness of breath
Exhaustion and weakness.
There is obviously something drastic going wrong internally and have persuaded my doctor
To allow me to have a 24 hour monitoring ecg to check my pulse rate. I have mentioned to her
I am worried about tachycardia and heart failure and am worried about what
this might imply. Pace maker etc. Surgery. My doctor is dismissingthese serious
Symptoms, but I have had several ecgs, chest tray and an echocardiogram which
All came back as clear, so am having a struggle to get her to treat these symptoms
Seriously.
Can anyone give me any information of these conditions. What they imply, especially
With these symptoms?

Do you have nausea?
Do you consider yourself an anxious person?.

I'm 56 and have had these symptoms for quite some time. I am under a lot of stress, and have been for decades so stress hormones have been released and done quite a bit of damage. It's the combination of all these symptoms, that are suggestive of bradycardia, and the fact that they are worsening, that worries me. The fact that my pulse has been as low as 45 at times seems suggestive of something other than menopause..

I've checked the symptoms of bradycardia and they are suggestive of the ones I am suffering from. The pain around my left breast, like a tight grip, is tightening even further and I'm feeling even more weak and sleepy, exhausted and with my pulse rate getting as low as 45 PRbpm at times seems to indicate that something is definitely going wrong internally....
As I am having the 24 hour monitoring ecg I will see what is revealed there, but I think I might need a stress test to be sure that these symptoms are related to anxiety rather than bradycardia. A serious mistake, with grave consequences, if they diagnose the wrong condition..

I'm taking quite a few drugs. And yes they did suggest in an article
I read online that this could be a factor, but together with the
Symptoms I'd just like it checked over, especially the
Tightening of the grip around my chest area... they did suggest that
Hypothyroidism could cause low pulse rate, and I do need some
Blood test done to test for this as I am having difficulties regulating
My body temperature. So that will have to be looked into next..
