Brain fog?

I'm diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder..and am currently medicated and can cope a lot better with meds and talking to my doc. But for years now I have this weird thing happen I forgot to ask my doc about idk if it would be considered brain fog or what. Basically what happens is all of sudden I can't think or speak straight. For example I can be sitting in my room and am aware of where I am but I couldn't tell you what the bed is called or anything and if I try to talk I don't know exactly what I'm saying. It's kind of hard to explain but it only happens for a few seconds than I'm back to normal. And I notice it happens if I haven't slept well or slept to much. Just wondering if it's anxiety related?

I'm not sure here. Maybe try improving brain health

    -Omega 3 fatty acids

    -Flax seeds / hemp seeds

    -Coconut oil

    -Diet and exercise

Checkout Doctor axe or google brain health. I used to have really bad brain fog but it's improved

    Hi,

Someone I was speaking to today said she suffered same thing like her memory goes for a short period. Anxiety is the cause.
