Brain fog?

hi. im wondering if anyone else has experienced this? ive been told i have anxiety a couple of months ago but it just gets worse as the weeks go on. I have loads or symptoms and they scare me, im always convinced there is something serious wrong!! my main symptom just now that scares me is my head. i get this weird sensation, its like im floating. i feel my hearing goes a bit funny when this happens, i hear sounds alot louder than what they actually are and it makes me feel very uneasy. i get dizzy too and sometimes feel sick and like theres pressure in my head/ears. i feel genuinely unwell and it really worries me that something serious is going on in my head. Does anyone else experience this? i also get tension like headaches and my neck and shoulders are sore all of the time!

Hi, if it is of help help then I can report to experiencing very much the same. The brain fog / head pressure / dizziness seems to build in certain environments where I am tense (such as workplace - which is in an office with other people). It is a very odd sensation, occasionally I will also feel head rushes and real balance issues with difficulty placing my feet - at the end of the working day my head feels like soup.
Does any of this sound familiar ? Well if of re-assurance then I have visited Doctors / Neurologist and MRI scan all came back normal which was most to my surprise. I have been prescribed various meds for anxiety but unfortunately not found anything that works (my head feels tight even as I type this). What I do find works is exercise or engaging in an activity which completely relaxes your mind (such as playing / walking the dog) or watching a engrossing movie or TV programme.

Hi, I don't seem so bad with sound (other than the sound of other peoples voices) - my main trigger is other people and their weird ways. Example, set off to drive to work - am being tailgated - causes head feeling. Get to work, read stupid email from ignorant person - brain fog increasing. During day at work, colleague annoys me - further brain fog.
It just continues like this until I get home....

And the first person I speak to on the phone today...is an idiot !! Leaves me on hold for 5 minutes and line goes dead. Usual garbage.....
