I know it's not the same drug bit I am on Felodipine and also Ramipril. I constantly feel like I'm in a fog. I have a job where I need to work quickly and can't seem to get my brain in gear. Things that I have done a few times I have trouble with. I feel like I'm underwater sometimes. It's such a strange feeling and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this. I also suffer with palpitations.

So with all those three drugs, how's your BP? It can certainly be that the brain fog comes from the underlying problem, and BP drugs should help to clear it - if they work.
On the other hand you seem to be on two calcium channel blockers and an ACE inhibitor.
Amlodipine can have a side-effect of palpitations/arrhythmias, it did for me, and it helped a lot when I stopped taking it, kept the BP down with other drugs, diet, etc.
When I took the full 10mg amlodipine I felt pretty awful, too.
I've decided I just don't like calcium channel blockers, period.
