Brain fog/anxiety/mouth sores

hello , i had a risky encounter with a sex worker many years ago and a few days after i started experiencing symptoms like = burning foreskin,sore on the roof of mouth,tongue burning and white patches,swollen glands,flu like symptoms,shortness of breathe,night sweats,cold flashes etc . after a few weeks most symptoms went away except the burning mouth and mouth sores plus the burning foreskin, so i learned to cope with it . i was sure i had a std but was too scared to get tested ,fast forward many years down the road i started feeling really ill with similiar symptoms i had encountered after being with that sex worker but they are drastically getting worse so i went and got tested and everything was clear except herpes 1. i am very relieved but my symptoms persisted and im at a point i can barely function and i know im not alone because i see people in here going through the same things .
my present symptoms are -
burning foreskin
urethra pain and discharge
lower right stomach burning
chest tightness
swollen glands in neck
burning tongue and mouth
mouth/tongue sores
blisters on pelvis
dry skin and rash on jaw and upper lip
dry skin
fatiuge
bone pain (right side mostly)
brain fog
memory loss
severe anxiety(im afraid of everything)
spazms in quads
i can keep going but thats the major stuff !
doctors ive seen (i dont remember every test but most doctors have ran numerous test)
cardiologist
rhueomotoligist
gastro
ent
nueroligist
infectious disease
primary
numerous specialist
can anyone help me please ? ive read people have luck with a diet , im willing to try please if uou are reading this reply with a opinion i want my life back !

Hi John,
I am going through the same. Do you have a white tongue also? The paleo diet is meant to help. I am taking vit D and vit b12 daily as mine is low. No test will detect anything because there is no test for it. Docotors will have you think this is in your head. But this very real.

bro absolutely . if 1 more doctor tells me its anxiety im going to lose my sh$t and yes my tongue is white . it is very real my friend mine is getting out of control i can barely function !

unfortunately the medical world does not want to investigate this. I get told its in my head. My girlfriend has caught this. I think the main thing we can do is maintain a healthy diet. if we could get genome sequencing for research that would highlight any abnormal. There are so many of us suffering with no help or treatment. I would forward a forum onto you but I my account gets deleted when I do. Keep well and the main thing keep your mind strong.

i would really appreciate it also ya man im trying to be strong,the thing is ive been dealing with this for a very long time, before ive even heard of a similar case and its really taking a toll on me i feel like a completely diffrent person ! but im happy i have someone to talk to about this . hopefully we get an answer soon , good luck to you !

John, try going to a really good dentist so they can take a look at your mouth. They can tell a lot about a person's health from their mouth.
Also get your blood tested for EVERYTHING. All STD's, all vitamin deficiencies, all underlying diseases that could be tested or identified with blood work. Get your blood tested to see if your spleen, kidneys and liver are in good shape.
Make sure to take an adult male multivitamin and in addition take B complex, B12 and Iron supplements.
Go to a good nutritionist who can help with a healthy diet and who will want to see your blood work if they are a reputable. If your primary care doc can't tell whats going on find a better one. You need top notch doctors working as a team to figure out what the underlying problem is.
You also might want to go to emergency room, describe your symptoms and they will run every test known to man and just might get to the bottom of all this.

thank you so much for replying , ive been to countless doctors and specialist who have done countless labs almost everything you have stated also i have went to the emergency room countless times and numerous oral surgeons and they all say im perfectly healthy which im grateful for but i feel so sick , luckily im finding more and more men who are going through the same thing as me so i hope we get closer to a answer soon !

Hey, quite a lot of these symptoms sound like B12 deficiency, I have pernicious anaemia and have brain fog, anxiety, sore mouth gastro issues and urinary issues fatigue etc which are slowly resolving with B12 injections !
try and get blood work done at your GP and see what they say! I have now been referred to neurology. You may need to order your supplies yourself and inject at home because GPs are so unaware of how much this affects people

Once you've had them done at the GP I must add ( I'm not recommending to inject at home without seeing a doctor and getting lab results etc - you must have your first dose at a clinic to make sure you're not allergic)

i cant see how i havent been tested for that but who knows with these doctors . i will try it though and fill everyone in on what happens thank you very much for replying !

I see it says you were tested for everything years down the road. Was HIV one of those tests?
