Brain fog, dizziness, vision problems, head pressure, headache PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone!
I don't know where else to go, and was hoping someone could please help me. I'll start off by saying I'm a 23 year old Caucasian female. Going on 5 months now, I have had absolutely debilitating symptoms which have hindered my daily life. I feel these symptoms every moment of every day.
It started with dizziness and a persistent brain fog. I just thought I had a bug, and tried to go on about my life. However, my symptoms have never gone away. This "brain fog" I am talking about is a feeling of complete mental confusion, I have no memory, I cannot concentrate on anything, it feels like there's a dark blanket on my brain clouding all my thoughts. I have extreme disorientation and haziness. I feel like I'm always in a dream like state.
I am constantly dizzy and feel a pulling sensation, as if I'm ready to fall over at any moment. It feels like there's air inside my head, and I'm always very lightheaded. Whenever I try to drive I feel this pulling sensation pulling me down.
Another problem I have is with my vision. I am having very blurred vision and have double vision. Everytime I look at something up close it is extremely blurry and I cannot see at all. My perception on things has completely changed. I feel like everything looks very odd and strange and I don't have the right depth perception. It's like I'm in a horrible dream like state all the time.
I have been having headaches and head pressure as well, and having horrible pains behind my eyes. The pin starts from the back of my head close to my neck and continues up my head and the sides of my temples. My eyes hurt so bad, and it feels like knives are jabbing my eyes. My head also feels extremely heavy all the time.
All these symptoms have been causing me severe anxiety, and I have been having panic attacks from them and feel like I'm dying. It is causing a strange disrespity sensation, where I feel like I'm not even here anymore and there's a detachment from myself and my body. I have had to drop all my classes at college and quit my job because these symptoms make me lay in bed all day long. I have been unable to drive for months and can barely get up to walk around. If anyone could please help me or know anything as a suggestion to try.
I have been to my general doctor, 2 ENTs, 1 neurologist, have had 2 MRIs, a hearing test, VNG, multiple blood tests, and no one knows what is wrong. I can't live like this anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm wondering if I should start a questionnaire which we could all fill out to see how our data/answers fit/what our triggers were, what makes us better/what makes us worse etc. Is there a way to edit the actual question you posted Elise so we could put a link for a questionnaire in? Otherwise it get lost amongst the replies.

I'm going to have to get one too, so I understand your fear. You're not alone. :-)

Elise, Word for word I am dealing with exactly the same symptoms you are dealing with. I have been to multiple doctors appointments including specialists and none of been able to help. I apologize if you have been asked this before but, Im not going to read 700+ posts hehe. Have you had a Lyme disease test? Western Blot?
This is my most recent test. If you watch people on Youtube they talk about the same thing. All our symptoms. It could be from a tick. I have considered Vitamin D deficiency, Lupus all these things. I hate when the gp seems to get frustrated it has made me burst out in rage so many times. I have to bring someone with me now for when they play stupid games with me.
I have been dealing with this stuff for about a year as well. It all started with face pressure back in March 2017 and holy crap has it progressed.
One thing that i have found that helps alot is making a campfire and letting it warm your face. It helps with the pressure. THat and long showers.
As for the dizziness, it sounds weird but, there is a pressure point at the top of the bridge right under the forehead. If you press down kinda hard and hold it there for 2 minutes it helps. Also look up vestibular rehab exercises. They are hard to do but they do provide a bit of relief. The bad part about the exercises is it actually increases some dizziness. Keep doing them as much as you can though. It has helped me.
I say all this has HELPED but not cured unfortunately. I think one of the big things that keeps me going is, It has been so bad before I have been at my "worst" so many times. I get through it though. I HAVE to beat this because I have to know what the heck it is. Plus i dont mind opening a can of whoop bass.
If you want to talk on a personal level.. send me a private message. Its up to you. I go through this on the daily as well so it might help to talk to someone. Who knows?

Just a quick question, when did your symptoms start? Had anything happened to you before hand? Had you had an illness? Operation? Did you had any antibiotics in the three/six months in the run up to your symptoms?
Thanks jess

Undortunately I can’t take long showers
I get so severely dizzy I’m so scared I will fall and i can’t stand up for that long I have to lay down a lot.
I have gotten one test for Lyme, but it was just a blood test. I’ve heard and read that it’s extenely important to have more rigorous testing for it, as it’s very hard to detect sometimes.
