Brain Fog? No idea!!

never used this website before and just looking for a bit of guidance.

for as long as i can remember ive always suffered from what i can only describe as 'brain fog' - i struggle to fully concentrate, sometimes have slight short term memory issues but not all the time, feel tired, not motivated and have had slight dizzy spells.

its only up until recently that my dizzy spells are getting slightly worse.

Im even more worried now as ive just recently passed my driving test and dont want to be uncomfortable driving whilst feeling like this.

I am a 29 year old male who was recently put on medication for heriditary high blood pressure (ramipril 2.5mg) ive been taking these for almost a year now so i dont think its anything to do with this.

anyone have any previous experience with my symptoms?

Anxiety, stress and lack of vitamin B12. It can also be a side effect of a lot of dairy food in your diet or a lot of peanuts. Do you have a lot on your mind that you cant resolve?

How often do you take exercise that makes you out of breath? Some people are very shallow breathers and that can make you foggy brained. How about doing a bracing walk each day ?. Just going outside and taking deep breaths may help but be careful, that can make you dizzy at first.

    Hope these suggestions help you.

If you are suffering from dizzy spells a lot and nothing seems to work you really should not be driving at all. You dont have to drive far to have a serious accident. If you feel these are beginning to have an impact on your lifestyle you should see a doctor.
