Brain fog is when you feel spaced out or lightheaded. I tell people i feel like i drank a few beers but not drunk. Vertigo is when the room spins

For me I am off balance all the time.  So vertigo.   Brain fog for me is not thinking clearly.  Not being able to put sentences together.   Forgetting things.  Feels like you are not yourself mentally

Brain fog is a sense of "being out of it". Kind of a combination of forgetful, hard to pay attention or follow things. It feels kinda like the mental part of being drugged, like after surgery.

Vertigo is the sensation of the world around you, or you yourself with respect to the surrounding world, spinning. It is like when kids spin themselves around very fast then stop and still feel the rotation.

Vertigo is a specific type of dizziness that involves rotation. It is usually caused by an inner ear disorder, but may be caused by a brain disorder as well.
