Brain fog since surgery three weeks ago, am I okay?

hi everyone!

i just had a breast augmentation three weeks and two days ago. ever since my surgery, i have had this intense brain fog that i just can't seem to shake. i have never been under anesthesia or major surgery, so this is all new to me. my breasts are healing amazing and have had no complications, so i don't understand why i am experiencing this fog. it is so hard for me to concentrate on anything, it's difficult to put together sentences, my eyes can't seem to focus. it just kinda feels like my brain is fuzzy and fatigued. i'm also exhausted all the time. my doctor said everyone reacts to surgery differently, but this is freaking me out. has anyone else experienced this after surgery?
