Hi john you desperately need your vitamin levels checked ,including your vitamin D . please do so as soon as you can , sounds if you are low in a few instead of just one .making your body imbalanced inside , once you get results you can start the reverse . It takes time but it will be done and you can get your life back .. Keep us updated so it can help others here as well

    Hi johnfigs19xx

As already mentioned you need a good examination of your vitamins and minerals in particular B12 which causes all the symptoms you mention if your deficient. Memory loss, sores in the mouth, sore lips, swollen and sore tongue, weakness, lethargy and extreme depression, imbalance and heart palpitations and yellowy tinge on skin and eyes, this indicates low iron. You have to get this checked asap as it can turn to pernicious anemia which is very dangerous. Your iron will also be affected and folic acid. It will cause urinary problems and stomach pain. I had all these symptoms some years ago. I was put on B12 injections for 2 weeks then 3 monthly. Make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can.

      Hi johnfigs19xx

The reason i asked about medication is because some meds can block absorption of B12 not sure about the meds your on. You can get your vits and minerals checked at your usual GP surgery. Ask specifically about B12 and Vit D.....hope all goes well for you..keep us posted...
