Brain injury - resulting in Acquired Dyspraxia - Advice wanted.

Back in December 2016, my Dad (72) had a severe fall which resulted in a fractured skull and blood on his brain. After being in hospital for 5 months and in a rehabilitation ward (for a further 4 weeks) specialising in neurological care, they diagnosed that he had/has Acquired Dyspraxia. He is now back home and having visits from the “At Home”rehabilitation team for another 6 weeks.
Some positives are that he is able to shower, have a shave, use the toilet, put his own clothes on. But he struggles with things like taking tablets, making a shopping list and doing a little shop, using/ operating the microwave, dishwasher and his mobile phone.
We realise that some of these things, through repitition can be relearned and
I know Its early days (relatively) for him, but I feel his frustration.I am also aware of some of the difficulties that people with Acquired Dyspraxia will have, such as difficulties in coordination when walking, the steps/ sequences for operating things - like dishwasher etc.
It has been an emotional roller coaster over the last 6 months. I realise that any improvements now will be in small increments.Luckily I have support from my partner and Sister and Brother. If I had to do it all on my own - I think I would really struggle.
Are there any support groups for elderly people in a similar situation to Dad?
Is there any advice that anyone can give regarding Dyspraxia - that I am not aware of. I have looked on various websites but there doesn’t seem to have much on Acquired
Dyspraxia in elderly people.
Thank you for reading this.
Matt
