Brain is not coming back to its normal due to some over release of dopamine

I am a 32 years old male i am married and a father to two children. I work abroad far away from my home. I go home after 2 to 3 months. here I have been involved in weed intake with my friend and 2 days before something strange happened with my brain and my brain is not coming back to its original energetic sharpness.

2 nights before when we both were enjoying a single cigarette of weed I ordered 4 zinger burgers. when the burgers arrived I asked my friend for another cigarette we shared that cigarette too... after cigarette we ate 1.5 burgers each and brought the remaining 1 burger to my room. as I was high on weeds I decided to masturbate I went to washroom and masturbated there and then after getting a bit hungry I ate the last burger. after being done with eating I felt my brain is sparking and my bp is going extremely high any how I rushed to the rest room and took an abrupt bath with cold water in cold weather but my brain was still flashing which was not letting me sleep. after half an hour I vomited all the stuff I ate but my brain didn't let me sleep that whole night though I was feeling very sleepy I wanted to sleep but the flashing of my brain was the main hurdle there.... now I am feeling as my brain is de-energized. my sharpness or the will of the brain to indulge in brain storming has vanished away. after 5 minutes of walk I feel my brain is shutting down for a a second or two my grip on my feet gets weak in those 2 secs... my central inside brain and sides of brain is still having a feel of a fading and energy loss. I feel at that night my brain released all its dopamine and now that gland is empty and may be preparing its self to refuel..... its now 46 hours since this condition. the condition has clearly improved from that night but the pressure on brain is still there...
