Brain Tumour Anxiety - Life Slipping out of hand

I feel that my life is slipping out of my hand.

It all started 2 years back, i woke up with a stiff neck, had lightheadedness. After 2 weeks of this this developed Tinnitus.. Went to every possible Doctor.. Spent a lot of money.. Feared MS or Tumour.. Reluctantly but finally got Brain MRI done in April 14. All negative..

The lightheadedness never went away.. It comes and goes.. The ringing never went away.. It is still present but i have learnt to live with it...

I know for a fact that i have anxiety problem beacuse I can manage to think of the worst with a very simple problem. Cancer/ Tumour is always on my mind..

Now for the last 3 months.. I have headache usually on one side of the head.. Sometimes it a just a shooting pain.. sometimes its a dull headache .. Sometimes its a proper headache.. Sometimes its just a sensation on one point of the head. Something is always there.  I now seriously fear Brain Tumour and it is affecting my job and life.. This is the only thing i am thinking these days.. The worst thing i did was google it.. and that really convinced me that i have Brain Tumour..

I still have a slightly stiff neck and i noticed that if turn my head on the right.. there is a shooting pain for a sec on one point of head.

My qs is simple.. with all the people on the group..  Are the above symptoms of Brain Tumour.

P.S: I have high BP for which i take medicine, have High Cholestrol for which i excercise.. Have a ever present sinus problem since childhood, Have had a sinus surgery done as well.. and Yes.. I am male and 34

Good morning , don't worry you are not alone I have the exact same head and neck problems, til thus day , I've had all the mri's, cat scans , blood work , and they are all negative, which is great thank God, no I'm getting ready to try a endocrine workup next , I am convinced that it is something going on , I fear the worst also , this is taking over my life , I have even went to physical therapy for my beck and the headaches because the neurologist said its all tension . but physical therapy is not working either , because the anxiety makes me tense and the tense and tightening in my neck and the weird feelings in my head makes my get anxiety, so they both trigger each other , ugh this is driving me crazy seriously. So you are not alone , I even question the Dr's

I take it you have never heard of a condition called TMJ disorder? (Also known as TMD) It is a condition where the jaw joints become slightly misaligned and can cause all kinds of problems with your hearing, like tinnitus, dizziness, facial, head, neck and back pain.  It can also cause sinus problems and make sinus problems worse. And as you know, sinus problems can cause head and facial pain, dizziness and such.  Does your jaw ever click or clunk? Put your fingers in your ears and open and close your mouth, then wiggle your jaw side to side. If you hear clicking or clunking in your jaw then you have TMJ disorder and that is what will be.  causing the problems.  There is no cure for TMJ, but it can be managed by wearing a mouthguard at night, dentistry and having chiropractic adjustments if needed.

Bp and bp meds can make one feel off. You sound like you have migranes and probably some food allergy to boot. You now have to let go of the tumor theory completly because an mri is extremly exact and is cleared by two seperate specialist and a computer.it is not a brain tumor. Fluorescent light can cause weird headaches as well. A great starting point is to drink  a lot of liquids. Half your body weight in ounces a day. Not caffienated anything. If you have been using nsaids this can be rebound headaches. I has that had to stop everything two wreks and amazingly felt better after a week. Googling is too messed up because it will validate anything you want it too and they over list symptoms and prudent care which is not reality. Google a doctor visit. Haha doctors never do half of the stuff they say they do at all. What im saying is it isnt reality to google anything unless your doctor gave you a specific website to use (.coms are not valid) and you have a full medical background. Maybe you would benifit from a massage. They have places that give neck and back massages. They sell proper chairs or cushions for your chair so your posture remains well during work. Maybe invest in a new mattress as well. Stop feeding your energy into cancer and dysfunctions, focus on healing. Focus on googling healing meditatiin, eft, cbt, edmr, proper posture, mindfullness. Theres so much you can google to help you rather then drown you. Pinterest is fantastic.

You could have a trapped nerve under all of that.. I get the pain in my neck and sometimes in my brain... Sometimes a full body and neck massage can actually make it go away but it does come back.. I've also been told to try acupuncture because the stress can build up there and getting that can release all of that tension smile that's the next thing I'm going to try when I can afford it
