Brain tumour fear is back

For the past week I've been having headaches and since September I've had like tingling, burning sensations on my body in random places (nose, cheek, shoulder, etc...
These headaches make me feel really sick and are quite painful sometimes. I've had my eyes tested in Sunday in which they said my eyes were fine, apart from my prescription needed changing.
This morning everyone I move my head i feel extremely dizzy.
What the he'll is going on??? Is this something serious

I have a lot of the same stuff you have going on. So far I've been having similar stuff for over 2 years. Feeling hot and tingly on parts of the body,. With mine if I get the hot feeling on one side it's the same on the other (which is extremely uncommon if you really have something going on in your brain). I also have the dizzy feeling and sometimes feels like my feet is on a moving floor. I've had 2 MRIs done on my neck and head and both came back negative for anything. I get a lot of facial numbing too (not full on numb, just that feel of Novocaine wearing off over 4 hours into it type).
If you have some similar stuff or have more symptoms go ahead and reply to this and maybe you and I can compare. Maybe knowing that I may have a ton of similar things going on will put your mind at ease that I already had 2 MRIs done 2 years apart from each other and from two different locations and they came back perfect.

I am exactly going through what you have been through since 3 months. Pins and needles anywhere on body, headaches, numbness any where on body most prominently on lips, hands, legs. Tightness near kness and lower legs. I also used to experience light sensitivity, dizxy feeling. Now these resolved. I only experience headaches, pain in wrist, feet, numbness and tingling any where on body now. I had cervical spine and head mri which was clear as per one neurologist and a ms specialist. I was told it could be due to chronic stress and anxiety. I dont have any sleep issues. Except that since june due to work prorities I didnt get more than 5-6 hrs sleep for 3 months.

Thanks for replying. The tingling seems to be more on my left side I think..sometimes on my right but more noticeable and very random. Just now I had it on my lip.
I've also had 2 mris done on my head. One about 3 years ago which found that my pituitary gland is "englarged" then a repeat a year later which showed no change. Everything else was fine.
I'm wondering if this new headache is my sinuses or something since I had my eyes tested and everything was okay.
Would this not be the case if I had a brain tumour?

I'm pretty sure they also check your sinuses when you get an MRI. So if they didn't mention anything you might be clear from anything there too. They mentioned that I have a little cyst in my sinuses but they said it's so tiny it can't do anything.
But if you are going to an ENT I'd bring your MRI images and statement with so they have more to work with. THat's what I'll be doing. I have an appointment with them in a week and a half.

My neurologist so far thinks it's sleep deprivation though. I know I don't have the best sleep ever and it can apparently really catch up with you physically. So if you have had terrible sleep most of the time it might be something to look into.

I've had pins and needles feeling loads, usually right half of my face, head, right ear. Also get tingling in my fingers, toes, left arm and shoulder blade. I even wake up sometimes with my hand solid in a fist, and i have to pry my fingers open and shake it till the feeling returns. Sometimes i get tingling just around the cheek/lips/right eye, with a slight 'tight' band feeling or like pressure.
Head pain when i get it comes often in clusters around the eye or back of head, or across my forehead. I had a scan done about 10 years ago for frequent headaches but not since. I was told at that time i had been overtaking painkillers, which was actually giving me more headaches so had to reduce my use of them and increase my water intake (which i'm crazy bad at)
Doctors did a cranial examination, looked behind my eyes and told me it was anxiety, but you're always best checking with your doctor if concerned. x

Emily, Anxiety can very frequently cause headaches. I get them all the time. Also, you can get headaches when you need a different prescription for glasses.
With anxiety, tiny nerves under the skin can become irritated and you can feel tingling or burning feeling anywhere on your body. I had them on my nose, butt cheek, arms, scalp, etc. They are harmless.
Dizziness is one of the more common symptoms of anxiety.
Your symptoms don’t sound like brain tumor symptoms.
They resemble symptoms of unmanaged anxiety and stress.
Do things that relax you.
The more you think about your symptoms, the worse they will get.
Get active and focus on other things.
When I get a symptom of anxiety, I ignore it and get busy.
You can visit your doctor for peace of mind.
Youre ok. 🌸🌸🌸

Instead of starting a new post, I thought I'd just reply on this one.
I still have the tingling it happens everywhere for about 2 seconds. Sometimes more. But onky one patch at a time. For example one second it will be on my lip, then it will jump to my ear or a latch on my leg. It's driving me insane.
I'm now starting to think it could be MS.

For almost 4 years I have tingling, numbness, pins and needles leg, arm, burning sensations on tongue. Numbness on top of foot, on top of hand. Pins and needles on face, head, sometimes dizziness. Almost every symptom is on left side. I feel like my left side is different.
I had 2 MRI on head, 1 MRI on spinal cord, I went to 10 neurologists, a lot of other medical examinations.
They found me that I have a problem with tyroid, and anxiety.

I have problems with my thyroid too! Maybe it's related. I went to therapy last night and he googled the tingling in front off me on this website, it of course came up with lots of illnesses. But he said it's most likely to be stress
