Brain Zaps, not due to withdrawal of SSRIs

Hello, I'm just looking for some answers. When I was younger, like in 6th - 7th grade I noticed I began to experience brain zaps. I talked to my nurse about it and she quickly brushed it off as puberty (which is possible). Anyway, I started taking SSRIs about 3 years ago now and I have never strayed from my dosage and I never forget to take them so it's not due to withdrawal. I've been experiencing them for the past couple of days and cannot think of what the cause behind them are (other than maybe stress and caffeine but caffeine doesn't really do anything for me I just like the taste of a soda every so often). I haven't experienced them in a long time, probably since before I went on SSRIs (and this is why I don't think its stress because there have been worse times where I have been exhausted and stressed along with drinking a large amount of monsters and Redbull and then suddenly cutting myself off and it didn't happen then).

Any theories?

(I also have thoracic outlet syndrome due to a cervical rib in my neck cutting off my nerves and have always had back and neck pain, could this be it too?)
