Brain zaps randomly appearing again after being off Zoloft for 6 months

When I went off zoloft 6 months ago I was experiencing frequent brain zaps. I learned to worry less about it when I learned that it was a normal part of going off SSRIs. Now after 6 moths they came back and have been bothering me for the past day. It definitely increases when I focus on it. It is unsettling to me because I don't know why this is happening and it really feels like something is off in my brain.
