I've only been taking Mirtazapine, having been on Citalopram which wasn't working any longer.
It's been fantastic for my anxiety & has helped with my sleep.
However, the brain zaps have been quite bad. They seemed to be tailing off, but today had been awful. They are definitely worse with lateral eye movements.
I wondered if anyone else had experienced this when changing meds ?

I've had this before with SSRIs
Pretty common side effect of withdrawing from an SSRI as the way Mirtazapine works is different so youll get some withdrawl affect from the Citalopram.
Something that should ease over time.
