So Iv been taking orlistat for 6 days struggling to go for a number 2 no oily accidents yet so I must be doing something right at least I'm hoping adding more fibre to my diet will help me go as I'm not keen on prunes or most other things that help you go. Anyone have any other useful tips Iv been drinking 2 litres of water a day also. I'm a bit worried as before I started taking this I used to usually eat only one big meal per day now I seem to be eating more but nothing's coming out

That might be what your problem is, the fact that you have changed the way you are now eating! It will take a little while to get used to your new diet and it is quite usual to be a little constipated in the begining. Maybe you could take a mild laxative to help things along.

Salad - totally vege followed by an epsom salt bath before bed (drinking lots while in bath too)
Can be purchased online or local chemist. I use about 400g per bath about 3 times a week, so I got a large 25kg bag as I find the magnesium absorption so calming
