Brand change or relapse?

Hi all,

Ive been on and off citalopram for the past 7 years. Ive been on 20mg for the past 2 years, doing absolutely fine. Ive been physically ill for a few months, felt low about it but pushing through it, going to work etc. the last 13 days or so i have been floored with anxiety symptoms again- no appetite, not eating, feeling sick and shaky, absolutely zero motivation to be out of bed and do anything, feeling like I would be better off not here (not suicidal though it that makes sense). I thought it was a virus but my head tells me otherwise. Weirdly, i started a new pack of citalopram 18 days ago, with a brand ive never had before, i dont know if i am just clutching at straws or what but could this have caused the anxiety to come back? i feel exactly like I did initally when starting the meds. I feel as though I am going insane, i did return to the pharmacy yesterday and get the previous brand i had and started them again yesterday. Never had an issue with brands before, and dont know if im imagining it or its the qnxiety or what. But I am really struggling and I know this forum has helped me in the past.
