  • I've just come back from a holiday in BRAZIL. As you might expect, I was bitten many times by mosquitoes. In the third week, I started to become unwell. I had overall aches and pains, particularly in my back. I developed an intense headache that lasted for days. My temperature varied, but certainly up around 100. I stayed inside for the last few days in case it was sun exhaustion. ANYWAY, since i got back, my temperature is ok, but i still keep getting headaches. more significantly, my resting pulse, which is usually about 61, has gone up to 82, and stayed there. I had suspected that i might have yellow fever, but it has now just about gone. im just concerned about my heart rate.
