Breakfast

Every morning breakfast i always eat breads, steamed buns or swiss roll cake. I scared gaining weight. Because its carbohydrates or sugar. I always eat with green tea for breakfast every morning. Its a light breakfast. Is it happened to gain weight? Thats why i hate getting fat.

    There is nothing wrong with eating bread for breakfast; It's all about moderation which means that you do need some sugar and carbohydrates in your diet. Do not be afraid of eating these types of food. I have either toast or croissants in the morning and I am very slim.

    Then why if your breakfast of bread and cake which is fat carbohydrate and sugar so good for you why did you post in here, what is the point???

    It is a proven fact that we need protein, calcium, vitamins etc to function, green tea is good but has no food value.
