Breast cancer treatment with mechanical heart valve

I am a 66-year-old female who had a mechanical aortic heart valve replacement in 2007. I was born with a bicuspid aortic heart valve. I take warfarin to keep my INR within a safe range, but six monthsago, following a routine mammogram, was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. The cancer was small and caught very early, it was removed, along with one lymph-node, and has not spread. It was agreed with the oncologist I would not have radiotherapy, as there was a potential risk to the heart valve. However, I was to take oestrogen suppressant drugs for five years. The first two drugs I tried had severe side-effects, and the oncologist now wants me to take Tamoxifen. We have talked about the risks of a blood clot, which is a side-effect of this drug, and I would be grateful to hear from anyone who has these two conditions and has successfully taken this drug. Thank you very much.
