does this sound bad? when I squeeze my nipple a clear discharge comes out, it happens with both nipples, does this happen with anyone else?? its making me think the worse!!

Have your doctor test you for your prolactin level. I had this issue years ago and tested high. Look up "Prolactinoma" you will see if you have other symptoms.
