Breast indent 25 year old female please help

hey everyone

my name is shannon and im 25 years old, yesterday i noticed a weird indent at the top of my right breast its not directly on the breast but at the top of it, ive attached a few images to show, im a worrier so you could imagine i started panicking like crazy, the indent stays the same as i lift my arms and i dont have any other symptoms like nipple discharge or other changes to the skin, its just come out of nowhere and im worrying it could be something worse!

    It doesn't really look like a dimple, more like a beauty mark. I wouldn't be concerned but to put your mind at rest I' d see my gp to make sure thats what it is.
