Breast lump 18 yr old

hi everyone, i am an 18 year old female and i have had a lump in my right breast for about 2 years now i have been to the doctors once when i first got it and nothing was really done but over the years i have developed different symptoms and the breast lump has gotten bigger. the symptoms i am experiencing are pain in the breast, pain in the armpit and arm, the lump of course, a rash on the breast and i have recently developed a vein that runs down my breast straight through my nipple. has anyone experienced these symptoms too and been diagnosed with a cyst or something idk?? i keep getting really bad anxiety about it all incase it isnt benign and i know i need to go back to the gp. thank you to anyone who reads this.

    I think your original lump has probably become infected. Please go back to see your GP.
