found a breast lump and need to get it checked, freaking out

    How will freaking out help it be something different? What's the point in freaking out until you know what it is..?

    Don't freak It could be nothing. Just a cyst or something, get it checked out but try to think positive. God bless you x

    Had the same recently, turned out to be nothing. I put it off for ages and it was causing major anxiety, be more sensible than I was and get it checked out now.

    Something that helps me is making the decision the night before the appointment (making it and/or going) to do it. Sounds odd but it makes it stick for me! smile
