I can feel a lump in my right breast,but only when i'm sitting up,not lying down. Should i contact doc,considering the current situation,i don't want to waste their time.

I had lump checked out yesterday,it's an inflamed/blocked milk duct

There is no problem in asking the doctor for solutions. You are not bothering the doctor with your concern. If in doubt, speak out.
