Breast pain

Hi everyone hope your all keeping well and safe. I don't no if anyone's had what I'm about to describe. My breasts are murdering me with pain, and the only pain relief that seems to help is lying on my side with a hot water bottle. My breasts hurt so bad, burning, stabbing, tender, sensation of being touched, nipples tingle it is painful! I've had a mammogram and it was fine thank goodness, I'm 43 I've had a check for menopause and that came back Negative, I've had ct scans came back fine, I've been treated for mastitis but no antibiotics work, my gp says no infection showed in last blood test I'm at a loss. Under the breasts hurt so bad, it originally started in one breast but now in both
