I had all of these problems i asked my doctor about it ,he sent me to have an E C G to see if it was my heart because of the pain but everything was clear ,because i have Osteoarthritis as well as P M R the only relief i got from the pain was when the rummy gave me injections in my shoulders, which gave me pain relief in my joints for about 8 weeks but the pred tablets do not get rid off the joint pains just reduced my pred in June to 6 mil but was in agony again so had to go back up to 8 mil i found this discussion forum very good as i no longer feel on my own.

I didn't experience this whilst on steroids but as steroids cause fluid retention and weight gain, perhaps that could be the reason for the problem with your breasts.  Definitely should be investigated with your GP though.

Would be helpful if we knew, when diagnosed, what started on and what on now.

I checked your profile but it is not filled in.

Filled in profile so far! Will précis the rest .after 6 weeks pred reduced to 25 mg.4 weeks later 20 mg,then 3 weeks later 15 mg.within  3 days back, shoulder ,hips etc stiff and painful.rang GP asked to increase pred.He said no as blood test showed a level of 7 ,previous level 47, he felt I was making good progress, another test next week.So still on 15 mg.this may show you how I've got to now!

My breasts are like balloons, reduce a little when I take a deiuretic,  I

try very hard to sleep on my back as it seems to alleviate a lot of aches.

I also sleep wearing a loose bra which gives a little support.  An adjustable

bed is helpful with shoulder pain, a slight elevation seems to take the stress

off the shoulders.  It's all a matter of trial and error as is the case with prednisone

we are all made so differently, it's a matter of mind body connection which helps

greatly.  Good luck, stay positive and know you are not alone - some

    consolation!!!!!!.
