Breast reduction

I am aware there hasn't been any recent posts on this topic but would like to hear from anyone who has had the procedure more recently. I'm 54 and have always had a large bust which did not bother me too much. However, Post hysterectomy, menopause, fluctuating weight over the last 4 years I have become very fed up. i cannot find a comfortable bras, have a top size two sizes bigger than my bottom half which makes dresses impossible to find unless like a tent. i have back related posture issues which I'm sure may be related to breast size.

I am considering this procedure in the next year or so and want to hear from those who did it on the NHS and privately.
