Breast spots?

i have been getting these spots that started back in april. doctors gave me hydrocortizone cream and told me that its just eczema. it didnt work. they break opened and only blood comes out. no puss or fluid what so ever. theres a bump above it and the skin is all red but theres no pain on the spot. doctors wont seem to listen. has anyone had anything like this? seen anything like this? discoloration has spread for 6 months image

    The cream obviously hasnt worked and you should go back to your doctor. Do you have eczema anywhere else on your body? You dont say how old you are? Are you in UK?
