Breast tumor, sharp pain in shoulder/collarbone/armpit, nipple discharge

I am 19 years old, and 2 years ago I found a lump in my breast. My mom has tumors in her breast as well, but she's had biopsys done, and hers are non cancerous. I got an ultrasound done on my tumor 2 years ago, and the radiologist said it looks like fibroademona. I didn't have health insurance, so I never got a biopsy or anything, and I just let it be.

I started noticing a mild pain near my collar bone that would shoot from my collarbone to my armpit. I've been feeling around, and there's no lumps in my lymph nodes and they don't feel swollen, but this pain has gotten so much worse over time. Now it's too the point where sometimes it hurts to even lift my shoulder, and I'll feel it down my arm and up my neck. I haven't gotten anything looked at in 2 years. At first I thought it was a pinched nerve, but now I'm concerned because it's near my lymphnodes, and on the same side as my tumors.

My tumor in my breast has not grown, however. It has stayed the same side. I also noticed that sometimes I'll get clear nipple discharge. It only happens sometimes, and only a tiny bit comes out when I squeeze my nipple, and sometimes it is in both breasts.

I'm trying to stay calm, but I just don't know where this shoulder/chest/armpit pain is coming from. It's very sharp and has only gotten worse over the past 2 years. I have an ultrasound scheduled tomorrow on my breast tumor as well as some shoulder X-rays, but I can't afford a biopsy without insurance. Please help
