Breath smells like faeces (Poo)

I have this horrid poo smell from my mouth. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, use Dentyl PH mouthwash, I have the best oral hygeine of anyone I know but I still have this smell. I am too embarrassed to even ask my flriends or family to tell me my breath stinks. I am becoming totally reclusive because of it. Id rather go to my GP and tell him ive got an STD. I know ive got it coz sometimes people look around and ask if ive farted, and I see people with babies smelling their nappies when I speak. It really is starting to badly affect my life but I just cant pluck up the courage ot go to my GP. How on earht can i ay \"DR, My breath smells like poo!\" Please, if anyone has any tips let me know.

KJJ- iv also read a lot about it. I'm not from the UK, I live in South Africa.
Daniel28749- There is no ways I'm prepared to live another year with this illness/ disability. I'm not too sure if stress causes bad breath if that's the case many people I know should be having it. I used to have silver fillings which I had removed and I now have perfect white teeth and great gums and my organs are working just fine. I'm not too sure about the appendix removal- I have not removed mine.
Ian60563- I have been using 3% Hydrogen Peroxide as mouth wash and for nasal irrigation. I don't have a white coated tongue, i used to have it but I irradiated it with 14days 20mg Fluconazole when I was treating Candida I never had. I also use a tongue scraper which helps in removing the white coating.

1) a cure comes about
2) no cure, we eventually die and none of this really matters.
I'm not saying it's difficult, but it's tolerable, just depends on your thinking. Sometimes you have to laugh at the difficulties life give you. Like me, I'm poor as hell and my breath stinks..lol

ones the health food store has. They are refrigerated.
2) Even though GI Dr says youre fine, you could have silent GERD which wasnt active on the day of the scope. I did, my dentist noticed enamel loss, so I started prilosec and BB got much better!
3) limit meat and dairy, go for fresh fruits and veggies! (No garlic or onions!)
4) flush tonsils with waterpik even if you think your tonsils are fine
5) dont use breath mints. Don't eat artificial sweeteners

Thank you for your advice, may God bless you. However I tried prilosec for 1 month and it did not help much, I also used Omerprazole (ppi) for 14 days when I was on quadruple therapy during the eradication of my Hpylori. As I also mentioned quiet recently that I was prescribed double dose Lansoprasole(ppi) which I used for 4 months, to be quiet honest I dedicated the entire 2015 to the whole concept of LPR/GERD/GORD. I can now confidently conclude that my bad breath is not caused by it.
About diet, that one is very tricky. But I like challenges hence I challenged myself by going completely vegan for a good 2 months, was not nice at all! but surprisingly I managed to get through it ( I love my hotdogs man). With a combination of Multiple stain probiotics with prebiotics containing billions CFU content and a low carb vegan diet I did see a change as I noticed a 'feeling of clean' in the mouth but the bad breath was still there even when the mouth felt clean. I say it's tricky because you get people who eat the junckest of junk but still have the freshest breath ever.
but thanks for the advise, i appreciate it.
