I have this horrid poo smell from my mouth. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, use Dentyl PH mouthwash, I have the best oral hygeine of anyone I know but I still have this smell. I am too embarrassed to even ask my flriends or family to tell me my breath stinks. I am becoming totally reclusive because of it. Id rather go to my GP and tell him ive got an STD. I know ive got it coz sometimes people look around and ask if ive farted, and I see people with babies smelling their nappies when I speak. It really is starting to badly affect my life but I just cant pluck up the courage ot go to my GP. How on earht can i ay \"DR, My breath smells like poo!\" Please, if anyone has any tips let me know.

Your tonsils are one end of the lymphatic system. Stones can still remain in these "tubes" when the system is being "purged" on a daily basis. Which means the lymphatic fluid is infected with smelly bacteria. So it doesn't matter what you do, mouthwash, gargling, tongue scraping, the fluid is going to continue to come out of your lymphatic tubes or vesels, continuously.
The best way to cleanse your lymphatic system is to perform an exercise called Rebounding. Rebounding is when you jump up and down on a mini trampoline continuously for 10 minutes every day. Your lymphatic system does not have a 'pump' to move the fluid throughout your body.
So, if you don't move your body up and down to increase the flow of this fluid, either by running a lot or by using an elipitical machine, then your lymphatic fluid will become stuck or blocked causing it to smell and even develop 'stones' within the system.
Even if you run a lot or exercise on an eliptical machine, it's not a guarantee that you will have a clear lymphatic system. The only way to guarantee a clear system is to move your body vertically over and over again, up and down so that you can feel your chest and buttocks shake.
NASA has done the research and they say rebounding is the best exercise you can perform for the health of your body. It just so happens that Rebounding is great for smelly breath and body odor.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebound_exercise
There are five main organizing themes or perspectives with respect to what is claimed to be special about the health and fitness benefits of rebound exercise:
-Strengthened Cells: All of the body’s cells are said to be strengthened through the mechanics of rebounding, either because of gravity changes or because of pressure differentials (along with more oxygen reaching cells throughout the body);
-Increased Lymph Flow & Immune System Function: Rebounding is said to lead to greatly increased lymph fluid circulation, leading directly to a boosted immune system, greater white blood cell activity, and increased detoxification generally;
-Cardiovascular and Respiratory Improvement: Rebounding is said to directly yield impressive aerobic exercise benefits in terms of heart strength and functioning, respiration, and related physiological functions; and
-Physical Strength, Muscular Development, Coordination, Balance, and Flexibility: Rebounding is often said to improve all of these.
-Low Impact, Less Strain on Joints, Soft Tissue, Skeleton: The elastic element of a rebounder, either springs or bungee bands, absorbs much of the impact or shock on each bounce, thereby making rebound exercise more attractive to those who need to avoid shocking or straining their joints, soft tissue, and skeleton. Rebounding is the absolute best exercise for any person over the age of 60.
So if you have poo breath after trying every possible remedy, then you should definitely give Rebounding a shot. I bet you will see dramatic improvements in your smelly situation.

My suggestions are:
A full spectrum probiotic or Acidopilus and Bifidus - this targets the nasties in the tummy. Buy at a health food store for quality, should be refrigerated.
Oil pulling - look it up online, I use coconut oil every morning for as long as I can stand, it draws mucus out of the sinuses very well and whitens teeth.
Apple cider vinegar - organic (Bragg's brand if possible with the cloud in it). Drink a couple tablespoons twice a day until symptons are gone, drink longer if you want. ACV has A LOT of health benefits and this may help the ladies with some freshness benefits (fyi!). ACV is my go to remedy for halitosis. It has worked twice for me.
Also, drink less coffee, eat cleaner, drink lots of water, try an intestinal cleanse.
Basic intestinal cleanse: psyllium husk (powder or not), mis couple tbsp into water or juice and drink right away (it expands). Could do twice a day until you notice a good consistent change in your #2s. Found at health food store. Psyllium husk expands and grabs a lot of garbage as it moves through you.
Think of what you eat and drink. Maybe there is something that you should just give up? I think smoking affected me too, but have quit since then.
