Breathing difficulties on Lisinoprol

So not sure if anyone has had this issue, been on this med for almost a week. Take at six pm every night, and i feel like a ten pound weight is on my chest especially at night and it scares me because i cant sleep and throughout the day it lingers. Im new to the med and well never had BP issues till last week when my BP was 160/90. All tests in hospital were good and chest xray clear. This is a sudden thing as i work out and eat healthy..but is this med a bad one for me? Has anyone had this issue as well? im terrified ill stop breathing its so bad... Any advice will be apreciated..
