Breathing exercises

I had started a discussion regarding mental health apps, but it seems to have been deleted for some reason, and I don't know what people said. Anyway, does anyone use breathing exercises to reduce anxiety? If so, what techniques do you use?

    If you look on you tube, there are many breathing exercises on there, that are good.

    I find guided meditation good too and they have breathing methods in them too

    You need to purse your lips and breath slow, Have a look on NHS CHOICES, they will explain brathing Exercises.

    Try Relaxation Techniques, the favourite one at this time is MINDFULNESS. You can get an explanation on the internet or from books available from Amazon
