Breathing in too much air ?

Over the past few day it has been feeling like I'm taking in too much air,I'm not sure if that's a thing or if i am just worrying myself, i get light headed when i stand up because of this, I'm not sure what to do it is kind of freaking me out, so if anyone has any ideas on how to help with this i would greatly appreciate it.

    yes, you are focusing way too much on breathing. you cant take in too much air. Your body takes in what it needs. Let it go and let it function on its own. Breathing is automatic and doesnt need us to make it work.

    I highly suggest that you listen to some great breathing meditations on YouTube. They get you in better control . you will feel really relaxed!

    one is mindfulness breathing guided meditation 10 minutes. If you are panicking, listen to one called stop panic attacks now .

    so many more too!

    YOU need to be in control, not anxiety.

    stay busy, you will have other things to think about.
